Each 3-metre garland features 10 paper shapes sewn along strong cotton thread, hand screen-printed on both sides in Jaipur by talented artisans and made from 100% recycled content paper.

However, we prioritize customer satisfaction, so feel free to reach out to us directly regarding damaged items. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages:

If your order is lost in transit and the tracking information indicates it was delivered, please contact the carrier directly to investigate further.

Returns + Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the ship date for a refund or exchange equal to the purchase price. Items must be in original condition, with product packaging and tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exclusions: The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Socks and other intimate items
Sale or discounted merchandise
