Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges are flat rate based on weight.
- We offer the following shipping methods:
- USPS Priority
- UPS Ground
- If you have a preference, please include it in the notes.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Orders over $250 ship for free.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Maison d'Etre is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- Maison d'Etre is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction, so feel free to reach out to us directly regarding damaged items. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost Packages:
- If your order is lost in transit and the tracking information indicates it was delivered, please contact the carrier directly to investigate further.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
