Refund policy

  • Eligibility: Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the ship date for a refund or exchange equal to the purchase price. Items must be in original condition, with product packaging and tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exclusions: The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Shower curtain liners

    • Socks and other intimate items

    • Sale or discounted merchandise

    Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    How to Start a Return:
    We offer self-serve returns for your convenience:

    1. Log in to your account on our website.

    2. Go to your Order History and select the order containing the item(s).

    3. Click Initiate Return next to the item(s).

    4. Follow the prompts to select a return reason and choose a refund or exchange.

    5. You’ll receive return instructions by email, including packaging and shipping details.

    Damaged Items:
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for our records. We’ll ship a replacement as quickly as possible.
