Eligibility: Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the ship date for a refund or exchange equal to the purchase price. Items must be in original condition, with product packaging and tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

Go to your Order History and select the order containing the item(s).

Click Initiate Return next to the item(s).

Follow the prompts to select a return reason and choose a refund or exchange.

You’ll receive return instructions by email, including packaging and shipping details.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for our records. We’ll ship a replacement as quickly as possible. -
