Lost Packages:

If your order is lost in transit and the tracking information indicates it was delivered, please contact the carrier directly to investigate further.

Returns + Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the ship date for a refund or exchange equal to the purchase price. Items must be in original condition, with product packaging and tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exclusions: The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

How to Start a Return:
We offer self-serve returns for your convenience:

Damaged Items:
